In-store, you’ll find a curated selection of quality, unique pieces, refreshed daily with new arrivals. We have an exciting new opportunity to manage our Prahran team! Our stores and our team embrace fashion in all styles and forms, we are looking for a motivated individual seeking a multifaceted role in a purpose-driven and growing business. The role is full time Tuesday - Saturday with an annual salary of $65,500 + Super entitlements. Key responsibilities As a manager, you are responsible for representing the Goodbyes values and upholding the Goodbyes policies and procedures in your store and across your team. Your areas of responsibility will include: Effective overall operation of the store including store presentation. Store duties including housekeeping, merchandising, shop floor duties, and theft prevention. Administration duties including emails, banking, member resolution, and reporting. Meeting KPIs and increasing overall efficiency of operations across your team. Leadership duties including clear communication, delegation, providing constructive feedback, and offering guidance when necessary. Overseeing training and development of your team in all areas of the store. Fostering, training, and providing clear and concise communication of Goodbyes service and terms to members. Fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Who you are Previous experience in a similar role or managing retail stores is essential. Great communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality. Strong sense of accountability and responsibility. Adaptable and proactive, able to tackle challenges and implement solutions effectively. Skilled in training and developing team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Appreciation for fashion and intentional shopping.
