We are seeking either a Registered or Enrolled Nurse who has a passion for providing supportive, patient focused clinical care within a primary health care setting with a focus on improving health outcomes for our patients. What you will be doing: Maintain accurate documentation of all screening activities Provide smooth and timely candidate flow through screening and treatment services Spirometry testing Recalls/Reminders Cold chain management. Immunisations CDM ECGs INRs Iron Infusions Assisting Skin Cancer Doctors with Procedures Sterilisation of instruments Other treatment room duties and assistance with urgent care patients. You will have: Current registration with AHPRA with no restrictions At least 12 months working in a GP practice Chronic Disease Management experience - essential Knowledge of Best Practice software - desirable Police clearance (no more than 3 months) What's in it for you?
