Gaming Attendant & Relief Assistant Duty Manager About the position Our Gaming team plays a critical role in the ongoing success of our Club operations. Wests is seeking a Gaming Attendant to join their New Lambton club operations team on a permanent Full-Time basis. This position will also involve acting as a relief Assistant Duty Manager when needed (Training provided). Key responsibilities include: Provide friendly customer service Gaming machine service Drink orders and delivery to machines Reset and payout jackpot wins Operation of Tab and Keno terminals Cleaning of work station and equipment Operation of tills and cash handling Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning Assist the Duty Management team to coordinate shifts. Provide training and mentoring to develop team members. Promote a positive and supportive team culture. Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, ILGR Regulations and Gaming Machine Act. This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. Shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.This position is ideal for an experienced candidate seeking a pathway into a management position within our clubs.
