Location: Adelaide CBD Company: Duxton Pubs Description: We are seeking an experienced Gaming Manager who can bring enthusiasm, knowledge, and a passion for outstanding customer service to our team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily gaming operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements; Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for patrons; Lead and motivate a team of gaming staff, managing rosters, training, and performance; Monitor and maintain gaming machines and systems to ensure smooth functionality; Handle cash management, admin tasks, reporting, and reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail; Work with GM of Gaming to develop and implement strategies to enhance the gaming experience and drive patron engagement. Skills and Attributes: Previous experience in a Gaming Manager role; Keno and TAB experience highly regarded; Well-presented and great communication skills; Ability to train and motivate staff in relation to performance issues; Ability to build relationships with customers and develop loyalty to the brand.
