This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at the Lawnton Tavern. What you’ll do: Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code What do we need from you What you’ll need: Gaming experience within a Venue Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team The benefits are good too!
