The primary function of the Ganger/Leading Hand is to independently lead the team in road construction and maintenance, while also providing crucial support to the Supervisor when required. This role is vital in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment and critical in building and maintaining the infrastructure that connects communities. Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and tools, to ensure efficient and effective use. What You Will Need to Be Successful: Cert III Civil Construction and/or relevant experience (desirable) General Construction Induction Card (White Card) (essential) Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams in road construction activities (desirable) Ability to prioritise and schedule work and meet deadlines Capability to lead a team Personal integrity and responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
