GARDENER – OSBORNE PARK Godolphin is one of the largest thoroughbred breeding and racing operations in the world with over 440 Group 1 wins in 14 countries since our inception. We have an exciting opportunity for a general Gardener to join our Osborne Park operation, based in Agnes Banks NSW, approximately one hour from Sydney, 20 minutes from Penrith and 10 minutes from Richmond. Osborne Park is a state-of-the-art private training facility that is spread over a 126-acre property. We can accommodate 84 horses in training, split over 4 barns as well as 32 day yards, 27 large spelling paddocks, two horse walkers, a water walker, onsite vet room, rehabilitation barn with 8 boxes and 5 small yards. In addition, we also have a private training track with three different surfaces: sand, synthetic and grass. Key Responsibilities: Routine lawn and yard maintenance including regular mowing, whipper snipping and edging. Routine garden and plant maintenance including regular hedging, weeding, and watering. Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges. Assist with training track and general property maintenance requirements. Comply with all company policies, procedures and industry requirements. Criteria: Previous garden, horticulture or farm experience preferred but not essential. Current driver’s license. Well organised, well presented and physically fit for labour-intensive roles. A proven track record of punctual and reliable work attendance. We want a passionate, reliable, and hard-working person who has great attention to detail and likes working as part of a small team.
