We know we don’t just work in the gelato industry; we are the Gelato industry! We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to manage our store in Fremantle. What's the role? Reporting to the GM, Ops Australia, this role will be responsible for: Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced food service environment or someone who wants to step up into a leadership role. An absolute commitment to delivering a great customer experience. Energy and the ability to engage your customers and build long-lasting relationships. Loves multi-tasking. We are obsessed about great experiences built around beautiful, fresh product that is exquisitely presented. Producing fresh, instore daily means you and your team’s activities span service delivery, production, and product presentation. Rostering and support in leading a small team. Experience working with business financials; profit & loss, budgets and KPI's would be an advantage. A bonus if you have a valid and current certification in SITXFSA001 - Use hygienic practices for food safety but not essential.
