General Insurance Litigation Lawyer 0-1 PQE We are looking for talented and passionate lawyers to join our Brisbane office and who want to carve out a career as a litigation lawyer. William Roberts Lawyers was the Insurance Team of the Year in 2023 (Australian Law Awards). Your role will comprise of: The autonomous managing of litigated motor vehicle property damage recovery claims and defences on behalf of some of Australia’s largest insurers. The opportunity to work on builder's warranty insurance recoveries, general insurance, subrogated recoveries, fraud and indemnity disputes and advice, and a broad range of other litigated matters. ABOUT YOU You will be looking to further your legal career with a growing commercial law firm. To be successful in this role, you will have pre-admission experience in litigation and an interest in a role where you will autonomously manage litigated claims. You will want to be a litigation lawyer and will have the right attitude.
