Job Description
About the Role : KinCare (part of the Silverchain Group) is a leading provider of in-home aged care and nursing services. Reporting to the Executive Director, KinCare, you will lead the development and execution of commercial initiatives, drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with senior leadership to align business operations with the organisation’s goals. You will develop strategic business cases, provide commercial insights, and partner with leadership teams to offer ongoing strategic support. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies aligned with revenue contracts and commercial goals while establishing a structured reporting process. Ensuring business milestones and budgets are met will be critical to the role, as will leading and supporting direct reports to drive high performance. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will influence and shape business strategy, drive performance improvements, support operational excellence, and help steer the business through a period of change. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be key, as will fostering an environment of continuous development and innovation to position the commercial function as a key driver of business success. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. The successful candidate can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. About You : To thrive in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership commercial role Proven expertise in commercial analysis, strategy development, and negotiation Strong communication and people leadership experience Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to engage at senior leadership levels and influence business strategy Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools, with exceptional attention to detail Experience in aged care or community health sectors is highly desirable A drive for achieving performance, results, and business success About KinCare: KinCare (part of the Silverchain Group) is a leading provider of in-home aged care and nursing services.
