This role is responsible for the overall performance of the construction lending business and is pivotal in shaping strategy, managing a loan book, mitigating financial risks, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.Attractive salary package + bonus Sydney Based Great Benefits Key Responsibilities/Skills: Develop and execute the Construction Finance strategy Oversee loan book management and risk mitigation strategies Lead a high-performing team and drive business growth Build strong stakeholder relationships across the industry Ensure compliance, financial planning, and project profitability You will have significant experience in a similar role within the finance or construction industry Strong experience of the development requirements during post construction completion and selling of a construction project.
