Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple large-scale national construction projects in transmission, utilities and renewables, and assume full P&L responsibility. With six direct reports and a team of 170 staff, you will provide impactful leadership across all project phases, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness and budget adherence. This role also drives significant strategic business development: building customer relationships and further boosting financial performance in a period of hyper growth. You will play a critical role in unifying the Major Projects and Renewables teams into a cohesive, high-performing division that continues to deliver exceptional outcomes for blue-chip clients. You will have a proven track record of leading and delivering a diverse portfolio of large and complex construction projects, preferably within the energy, renewables or infrastructure sectors. Demonstrating the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships, navigate complex project challenges, and implement strategic improvements will be critical to your success. An experienced senior leader in construction or contracting, you will have a strong background in delivering projects in excess of $50 million. Relevant tertiary qualifications, coupled with skills across project and program management, financial oversight and risk management are essential.
