$140,000 – $200,000 per year plus incentives General Manager of Finance & Operations: Scale Our Growth Through Strategic Leadership! Little Hinges is seeking an exceptional General Manager of Finance & Operations to drive our next phase of growth through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll shape the future of our rapidly expanding property technology business while leading a diverse team of 40+ professionals across multiple functions. The Role: As our General Manager of Finance & Operations, you'll take the lead in shaping and executing our financial strategy while rolling up your sleeves to work directly with teams across production, growth, customer service, and finance. This role isn’t just about planning from the top—it’s about getting into the operational details, collaborating with teams, and driving real outcomes. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting the company’s strategic direction while ensuring that plans are implemented effectively at every level of the business.
