The Role: As the General Manager / Head of Department, you will: Lead and manage a dynamic team of Property Management and Sales staff. Oversee and lead all property management functions. Monitor market share and drive recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team. Spearhead the hiring process, from interviews to onboarding and offboarding. Develop a talent pool of active and prospective candidates. Conduct performance management, including appraisals and mediation. Streamline organizational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulations in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Analyze and improve the financial performance of the business. Manage the brand and liaise with suppliers for team training and development. The Ideal Candidate: Experience: Proven experience in a senior real estate position, with a focus on property management preferred. Qualifications: A real estate certificate of registration is required. Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
