As we continue to grow, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead our Infrastructure division . This senior leadership role will cover a diverse range of sectors, including Road, Rail, Ports, Energy, and Water. As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our Infrastructure business. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, business development, and execution of projects, ensuring excellence across all our infrastructure services. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in the industry and a deep local network of contacts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the infrastructure team, ensuring high performance and quality client outcomes across Roads, Rail, Ports, Utilities, Dams, and Water sectors. Oversee business development and growth, identifying new opportunities and building on existing relationships. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Manage key client relationships, ensuring delivery of top-tier services and solutions. Provide expert advice, influence decisions, support planning activities and initiatives, and monitor and drive performance. Contribute to cross-sector and cross-geographical account management, business development, leadership, and recruitment efforts. Play a key role in driving the overall vision and goals of the business in collaboration with the executive team. About you. A tertiary qualification alongside industry-recognised degrees is essential, supplemented by membership in professional or industry associations. Over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles. Experience in senior management/leadership positions, with a strong emphasis on people and business leadership, commercial management, strategy development, and leading integrated teams. Extensive network of local industry contacts and a strong reputation within the infrastructure community. Expertise across multiple sectors including Roads, Rail, Ports, Energy, and Water sectors. A strategic, results-driven mindset with strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
