About the Role As General Manager - Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic marketing direction. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction while optimising resources and adhering to budgetary frameworks. Key responsibilities include: Leading brand development and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Overseeing product marketing initiatives, including market research, product positioning, and launch strategies. Developing and executing content strategies that resonate with target audiences. Utilising marketing analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and campaign effectiveness. Mentoring and managing a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Aligning marketing strategies with business goals, working cross-functionally to ensure success. Managing marketing budgets and agency partnerships to optimise resources. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will bring: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least five years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign strategy and execution. Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams. Demonstrated success in a multi-site, multi-brand business environment. Strong commercial acumen and ability to optimise campaign activity. Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative problem-solving skills. Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
