About the Opportunity As our client’s business continues to grow, they are seeking a General Manager - Parts & Accessories to take charge of their multi-site, multi-brand Parts operation . What You’ll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing Parts & Accessories team. Oversee daily operations , stock control, supplier negotiations, and promotional activities. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive growth. Develop & execute strategies to achieve sales targets & KPIs . Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Champion customer satisfaction , ensuring an outstanding experience at every touchpoint. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in an automotive Parts Manager role. Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset . Ability to build relationships and drive customer satisfaction . Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-driven approach . Exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
