About the Role As General Manager - Corporate Services for Queensland, you will report directly to the Executive General Manager- QLD, contributing to the strategic direction, cultural leadership, and organisational success. As part of the Troocoo Executive Leadership team, your responsibilities include: Crafting and implementing divisional strategies aligned with Troocoo’s overarching goals. Driving operational efficiency and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Representing the Corporate Services division with senior clients in market. Providing insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive General Manager. Financial Oversight & Risk Management. Managing the Corporate Services P&L to achieve Gross Margin and Profit targets. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across divisions. Maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance standards. Building a high-performance, values-driven team. Championing Troocoo’s values: People First, Dig In, Authentic, and One Step. Creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. Delivering top-tier services across HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Marketing. Utilizing HR Tech tools and data insights to drive informed decision-making. Building strong relationships with internal and external partners. Representing Troocoo at industry events and sponsorship opportunities. Acting as the go-to leader for resolving complex issues within Corporate Services. About you: We’re seeking a seasoned leader who can: Demonstrate strategic and operational expertise across corporate functions. Manage financial performance with strong P&L acumen. Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams. Build trust through exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
