Key Responsibilities: Leadership & People Development Lead by example, championing Epiroc’s values and Code of Conduct. Drive a culture where safety, environmental responsibility, and well-being are integral to operations. Develop and mentor employees, ensuring a strong local talent pipeline. Business Growth & Market Expansion Collaborate with divisions and customer centers to expand market presence. Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to reach new markets. Drive business growth with a customer-centric approach, ensuring we are recognized as an industry leader. Enhance after-market services, ensuring our customers receive top-tier support. Introduce and integrate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service offerings. Operational & Financial Excellence Lead with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. Ensure financial stability by implementing sound budget management and cost controls. Leverage data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Develop strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational agility and responsiveness. Work closely with senior leadership to align performance goals with long-term business objectives. Who We’re Looking For We seek a collaborative, resilient, and forward-thinking leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You should have: 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in complex, matrixed organizations. A proven track record of leading and developing diverse teams. A degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a relevant field. Strong strategic and financial acumen with experience driving business growth.
