General Manager, Software and CX Solutions Location: Melbourne, Australia Salary: Competitive package with performance-based incentives Type: Full-time About the Role Care & Co Group is seeking a General Manager to lead the group's software unit, overseeing sales, financial performance, and market positioning in the aged care, health and CX technology sector. This role is highly strategic, requiring expertise in SaaS leadership, customer experience innovation, and commercial strategy. As the General Manager, you will drive customer acquisition and retention, shape marketing strategies, and play a pivotal role in product development and technological advancements. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, investors, and industry stakeholders, ensuring the group's software business maintains its position as the market leader. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Business Strategy – Spearhead sales and expansion initiatives, including upselling, cross-selling, and entering new markets. Marketing & Thought Leadership – Oversee branding, PR, and lead-generation efforts while engaging in industry panels and events. CX & Digital Transformation – Develop advanced customer experience analytics tools, leveraging AI-powered solutions. Product & Tech Innovation – Work closely with developers to enhance our SaaS offering and maintain industry-leading usability. Cross-functional Leadership – Align teams across marketing, sales, and product development to execute strategic objectives. Essential Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS businesses, particularly in customer experience (CX), analytics, and aged care technology. Proven track record in international business, overseas business management and remote team leadership. Expertise in AI-powered feedback solutions, customer sentiment analysis and impact analysis. Strong public speaking and thought leadership experience, with a proven track record in industry engagement. Experience leading enterprise-level integrations and multi-country CX strategies. Background in sales, financial forecasting, and strategic partnerships. Deep knowledge of CX methodologies (e.g., EVI Emotional Value Index, NPS, CSAT and other equivalent) and SaaS growth models. Preferred Qualifications A founder mindset, with experience in startups, scale-ups, or corporate innovation leadership. A history of working with multi-national CX analytics projects and enterprise SaaS solutions. Experience with government contracts, aged care compliance, and highly regulated markets. Why Join Us?
