Develop and implement an overarching IT architecture strategy that supports business objectives. Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure technology initiatives are business-driven. Build a scalable, long-term technology roadmap to support the organisation's multi-year transformation. Oversee the alignment of architectural practices and frameworks across the organisation. Ensure architecture solutions are future-proof, innovative, and deliver measurable business value. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior IT architecture leadership role, ideally within a large-scale, complex organisation. Expertise in building and executing business-led IT strategies and roadmaps. Exceptional ability to unite and lead disparate teams, fostering collaboration and shared goals. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align senior executives. Experience in large-scale transformations, with a focus on delivering outcomes at scale.
