This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing business operations , driving strategic planning , and ensuring operational efficiency across the organisation. About You To qualify, you will need extensive senior leadership experience in operations, business management , or a related field, with a proven track record in strategic and operational leadership, financial oversight, and managing grant-funded activities . While formal qualifications are beneficial, practical experience, leadership capability, and cultural adaptability, particularly within Indigenous, not-for-profit or community-led governance structures, are critical to success.
