Position General Medicine Registrar – interviewing now for 2024 and 2025 intake. Have a significant interest in building your career in General Medicine? Although this is not a BPT position, the hospital is accredited by the RACP for up to six months’ worth of training so part of your time here can ultimately be counted towards your specialist training. RACP partially comparable assessed doctors can complete top-up training here. Hospital A major 367-bed Hospital, with the Public facility comprising of 307 and the co-located Private facility, 60 beds. Its key services include emergency department, critical care unit, day chemotherapy unit, aged care and stroke ward, maternity ward, mental health unit, and surgical and medical wards.With a strong commitment to inter-disciplinary learning and excellent access to medical technology and a broad array of specialist inpatient colleagues, the hospital places a large emphasis on one-on-one or small group training and the value of educational experience.
