Job Description

Work closely with GP’s to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the local community. We are seeking an experienced and caring General Practice Nurse (or Registered Nurse with clinic experience) to work closely with GP’s to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the local community. This is a full-time role in our Altona North Medical Centre.
