General Practitioner (VR GP) - Western Newcastle (DPA position) Join a well-established, community-focused mixed-billing practice offering high earning potential and a supportive, flexible work environment. Mixed billing clinic with strong patient demand and high earning potential Established GPs bill up to $20,000 per week! Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with no lock-in contracts. Pay rate: 70% of billings with six-month earnings guarantee of $175 per hour This well-established, fully computerised practice provides high-quality, patient-centred care in a growing community. The team consists of four GPs who are supported by a practice manager, three reception staff and experienced nurses. The practice is committed to fostering a collaborative and professional environment, where GPs have full autonomy over their work while benefiting from strong administrative and clinical support. The clinic offers a mixed billing model while allowing doctors to determine their own billing preferences. GPs in the practice typically generate weekly gross billings of $8,000 to $20,000, depending on their hours and clinical focus, with new doctors expected to build a full patient load within two to three weeks. Facilities include four consulting rooms, a well-equipped treatment room and an on-site staff room. The practice is conveniently located within a shopping centre with free on-site parking, a pharmacy directly in front and a hospital approximately 20 minutes away. Allied health services including dentistry, podiatry and pharmacy are available on-site, enhancing patient care and streamlining referrals. The practice operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, providing a structured work-life balance with no weekend or on-call commitments.
