Job Description

1. Rope Access Operations (Under L3 Supervision) 1.1 Assist in setting up and checking rope access systems. 1.2 Ensure team members follow safe working practices. 1.3 Monitor colleagues’ techniques and provide guidance. 2.1 Follow the job flow on JGID for job completion and ensure tasks are updated. 2.2 Be the first point of contact for the building manager upon arrival. 2.3 Organize daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow. 2.4 Be responsible for returning the building keys to the building manager/site contact after job completion. 3. Safety and Compliance 3.1 Conduct pre-work safety checks and toolbox talks. 3.2 Sign off on Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Toolbox Talk on the first day of each project . 3.3 Ensure all rope access equipment is inspected and maintained. 3.4 Enforce safety measures (e.g., use of PPE, correct rope techniques). 4.1 Assist the IRATA L3 in identifying hazards. 4.2 Suggest control measures for common risks (e.g., falling objects, anchor safety). 4.3 Ensure team compliance with method statements and risk assessments. 5. Documentation & Job Completion 5.1 Ensure before-and-after pictures of each item in the scope of work are taken. 5.2 Follow the flow on JGID to ensure all job steps are documented. 5.3 Record work progress and report any safety issues to the L3. 5.4 Help document equipment inspections and usage. 5.5 Report near misses and incidents as per company procedures. 6. Equipment & Material Management 6.1 Abseilers United Window and Facade Cleaning supplies all equipment and materials needed for each project. 6.2 The general supervisor ensures that the team’s cloths are clean and dry for each project. 6.3 Equipment and materials will be available in the storage for pickup before each project. 7. Emergency Procedures 7.1 Be prepared to assist in an emergency rescue. 7.2 Support the L3 in executing rescue plans. 7.3 Ensure escape routes and emergency procedures are clear. What We’re Looking For Experience – Previous rope access experience in an urban high-rise environment is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidates. Experience in construction trades or commercial cleaning is highly advantageous. Qualifications – Current IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 or 3 certification , showcasing advanced rope access skills. Skills – Strong technical aptitude , problem-solving abilities , and attention to detail for creating high-quality reports. Mindset – A safety-first attitude with a strong commitment to upholding strict safety standards. Teamwork – Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and collaborate with a team. Other Requirements – A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
