The Position: Reporting to the Executive General Manager and leading a nationally disbursed team of five direct reports, you will have full responsibility for all functions of the Cooling Division operations in Australia, as well as supporting H-E Part’s ambitious global expansion strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Full responsibility for all aspects of the Australian Cooling Division and supporting regional General Managers to grow the product line internationally. Delivering financial returns within a framework of corporate policies ensuring zero harm to employees, stakeholders, community, and the environment. Strategic and operational planning. Key account stakeholder management. Quality assurance. Setting targets and KPIs for the division and implementing strategies to achieve them. Recommending acquisition targets and growth strategies to senior leadership. About You: Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Manager in mining, engineering, or equipment environment. Exposure to and demonstrated understanding of the commercial complexities of managing a mixed mode manufacturing and servicing business. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong HSE credentials. Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to review complex contractual documents. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a multi-disciplined, geographically disbursed team.
