What You’ll Do as Depot Operations Manager: Oversee all depot operations , ensuring efficiency and compliance. Maximize load capacity to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness. Manage fleet allocation, linehaul coordination, and maintenance (R&M). Ensure compliance with NHVR rules & regulations . Handle pallet control, customer service, and OH&S compliance . Monitor and report on Profit & Loss to optimize operational costs. Lead and manage staff , ensuring high performance and a strong team culture. What We’re Looking for in a Depot Manager: Strong operational background in transport & logistics.Hands-on experience in depot management with a track record of success.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.Knowledge of NHVR regulations and transport industry compliance.Experience in fleet allocation, linehaul coordination, and load maximization.
