What we’re looking for: Final year Undergraduate/Master’s student with outstanding academic achievement Must demonstrate a track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities Demonstrate a combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communications skills Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, team focus Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities. Comfortable with change and adjust to changing demands and requirements Demonstrates energy & drive and dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry Fluency in English is essential, appropriate Asian language skills are also essential What you’ll do: As a full-time analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining complex financial models Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research Preparation of presentation and other materials for clients Participation in due diligence sessions, communications and interaction with deal team members Management of several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team. Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups, providing you with a unique learning opportunity Help the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging full spectrum of the bank's capabilities Develop and leverage upon a truly global network - learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globe Build relationships, knowledge and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career options and opportunities Our Full-Time Analyst program is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience of work as a full-time Investment Banking Analyst. Your training and development is our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout.
