Human Resources are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs. Your Team: The Global Payroll Support Team is a team of dedicated and skilled individuals responsible for successful payroll project delivery. This includes testing new or revised processes, running reports, analysing, and validating data, process mapping and preparing clear and concise communications for the broader Payroll team and our stakeholders. The Global Payroll Support Team collaborates with all Project teams/Squads and both AUS & Offshore Payroll to ensure all business requirements are met. Your Role: This is a newly created role working across multiple teams in our payroll division providing analytical and technical support. You will work as part of and contribute to a large team of Payroll professionals. Your Skills and Experience: Experience with managing teams. Supporting, coaching, and guiding team members is essential. Ability to multitask and work to deadlines. Strong data analytic skills and attention to detail with excellent Excel skills. Clear, succinct written and verbal communication skills. Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously. Flexibility to adapt to new ideas and methods of payroll service delivery. Experience working in large teams with a large volume of work is preferred. Experience with multiple system integrations is preferred.
