Glue is looking for a Stock Coordinator for our Highpoint Store! The Role: As a Stock Coordinator, you are responsible for the following: Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers with product queries Perform transactions on POS Stock Management: Escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when appropriate Process stock (soft & hard tagging, handle and fold stock) Assist management with stock data Ensure stock is processed in a timely manner In-Store Operations and VM: Ensure that all merchandise is presented as per the VM guide at all times (i.e., correctly placed, hung, and folded) Benefits & Culture: 40% off Glue Store product | apparel, FW, and ACC across brands such as Nike, Thrills, PE Nation, Champion, Tommy Access to our Team Member Benefits Work with sought-after products alongside passionate team members who strive to excel in the fashion retail industry WHS: Exercise a duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner in accordance with safe work practices Report all incidents in a timely manner WHO YOU ARE: Previous experience in a similar role High attention to detail Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) Stock/administrative retail background Team player Loves the Glue brand & culture At Accent Group Limited, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
