We call it the property marketplace, and it’s driven by our data. About the Role We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Manager to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract. In this role, you’ll lead high-priority projects that deliver customer value and drive business outcomes. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to managing complex initiatives, this role offers an opportunity to create real impact within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Take ownership of critical initiatives, including the delivery and retrospective of this year’s price review project, as well as planning for next year’s key projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across teams, influence diverse stakeholders, and ensure alignment to achieve shared goals. Continuous Improvement: Drive internal process enhancements and operational efficiencies, contributing to the team’s ongoing success. Post-Launch Support: Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth adoption and integration of new initiatives. Strategic Planning: Partner with the team on long-term planning efforts to set up future projects for success. You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have: A natural ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders. Proven experience managing complex, high-impact projects in dynamic environments. Comfort with ambiguity and the flexibility to pivot when priorities shift. Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building strong relationships. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a drive for continuous learning and growth. Bonus Points For: Experience in commercial strategy, operations, product management, or marketing. Familiarity with real estate or tech industries. A background in medium-sized businesses with scaled operations and complexity. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease. Enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders and influencing outcomes. Brings a proven track record in project management, with the ability to deliver results. Describes themselves as adaptable, proactive, and driven by a desire to grow.
