The role Are you a golf enthusiast with a knack for leadership and operational excellence? We’re seeking a passionate and customer-focused Golf Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the course and Pro Shop at Centenary Park Golf Course. Your key responsibilities include: Customer Experience Operations Management Leadership & People Management Stock Management and Control Facility Management Stakeholder Management Sales System Management, Financial Reporting and General Administration Workplace Health and Safety About you Golf industry and management experience PGA Qualification (advantageous but not essential) Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment Excellent customer service, administration and time management skills Exceptional communication skills Energetic and vibrant approach Solid business and financial acumen Extensive knowledge of community sport and recreation and community event activations Ability to work a varied roster, including weekend work Police check & Working with Children Check Please don’t delay in sending your applications through as applications will be reviewed as they are received. #J-18808-Ljbffr
