Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialist - WFH Supervisor/Manager : Chief Information Security Officer About Us Catalyst IT Australia is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, dedicated to empowering businesses in the digital age. Main Duties/Responsibilities Performing internal audits to assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, legal and regulatory standards; Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks; Assist with the maintenance of security control systems and implementation of new or revised controls; Identify and assess risks associated with business operations and activities; Assist with the development of risk management strategies and controls to minimise exposure to threats; Promote and support the ongoing culture of compliance and integrity; Prepare and present reports on compliance status, audit findings, and risk assessments to management and key stakeholders; Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing maintenance and continual improvement to compliance standards; Assist with security incident management and reporting procedures; Assist with the maintenance of the 6clicks GRC software utilised by Catalyst IT Australia. Skills & Experience Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Cyber-security, Business, Law or related field (ideal but not strictly required ) Experience Experience with ISO27001 auditing Experience with ISO9001 auditing Experience with IRAP assessments Knowledge of DISP Knowledge of SOC Proven ability to produce high-quality technical writing Skills Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Organised and able to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Willingness to obtain a security clearance NOTE: Must be an Australian Citizen due to security requirements Join us in promoting a culture of compliance and integrity at Catalyst IT Australia.
