Provide a consumer focused clinical and supply service to clients within St Vincent’s Hospital – Mental Health program. Provide medication information and counselling to mental health consumers. Provide effective evidence-based interventions for consumers with mental health and co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions, forensic histories and/or other complexities. Participate in nursing, medical, and consumer pharmacy education programs Classifications for this position will range from classification range SW5 - SW10 ($68,244.80 - $91,785.20 per annum pro rata) Your Contribution Essential Registration/ qualifications Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy Requirements Strong interest in mental health and well-being and considering a career in mental health An interest in understanding the range of issues experienced by people experiencing mental illness presenting with high level needs, and a commitment to helping meet the needs of consumers and families/carers. Computer literacy. Hold a current driver’s licence.
