You will have the opportunity, within the program, to rotate across various areas of Hydro Tasmania, Momentum Energy (our retail business!) and Entura (our consulting business!) where you can build on your capabilities and create a career that’s right for you! The program also involves: Depending on your role, working at sites across Tasmania, including on site at our hydropower stations, dams and lakes Being a part of big renewable infrastructure projects that are working towards powering the nation Taking part in professional development and networking with your fellow graduates and senior colleagues. This is a permanent, ongoing role where we will work with you to place you within the business in time for the conclusion of the program. Key attributes you will bring to the program: A recent (graduated within the last 2 years) or upcoming degree in Business, Arts, Social Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, Law, Accounting or other related studies To fill our Commercial positions, we are looking for those who have completed/have experience in Software Development as well as more general commercial backgrounds as outlined above. To fill our Business Analyst positions, we are looking for those who have completed studies in HR or related studies to everything People, Culture and Engagement (i.e. Marketing, Psychology, Arts). For our Surveyor position, we are looking for a qualification in Surveying or related discipline as required for admission as a member of the Geospatial Council of Australia or other appropriate professional body.
