Skills and Qualifications The successful candidate will have: A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil/Structural disciplines preferred) Creativity, driven, attention to detail Positive and proactive mindset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional time-management skills/experience High capacity for critical and analytical thinking Ability to work independently, as well as in a larger team A valid driver’s license and have access to a working vehicle The Role: Duties will include: Develop and document engineered design solutions presented in reports Conduct calculations and model trial designs Liaise directly with other members of design teams in each project Research and data sourcing Analyse and interpret legislation Developing practical design alternatives that satisfy legislative requirements Self-management of clients and projects Benefits We offer the following benefits: Great office culture and work environment; Regular team building and CPD opportunities; Flexible working arrangements; Market leading resources; Salary Bonuses; Training/study opportunities; Potential to fast-track career.
