The Graduate Data Operations Analyst is a key support role within Experian Digital team, reporting to the Data Operations Manager. What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian A strong mindset focused on driving continuous improvement in operational processes, and workflows. Experience with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SQL (is a bonus!), Confluence. Work that matters - What you’ll be doing You will undertake extensive web research and contribute to building the existing merchant database. You will manage data analysis tasks focused on Quality Assurance and support our overseas teams, providing them with regular coaching and technical assistance. You will perform quality controls such as offshore team assessments. You will assist in maintaining documentation for operational processes. Qualifications More about you You will have an understanding of the financial services and banking industry in Australia. You can employ multiple resources to conduct transaction research and accurately enter information into internal engine. You have completed a Bachelors Degree.
