Overview: Full-time, Fixed Term position until March 2027 Salary HEW 8 ($112,068 - $126,209) + 17% Superannuation Lead and manage the implementation of RMIT’s Graduate Development Program. Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About You The Graduate Development Program Lead will be a key member of the Talent team, providing program management, leadership, direction, advice and support to implement and manage RMIT’s Graduate Development Program (the Program) including sourcing, promotion, attraction, recruitment, development, retention, stakeholder management and overall performance of the Program. Working collaboratively across the People team and across the broader University, the Graduate Development Program Lead is responsible for the program management, planning, coordination, scheduling, reporting, administration, logistics, delivery, facilitation, coaching and continuous improvement of the Program aligned to RMIT’s Knowledge with Action Strategy, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) Framework and commitment to Responsible Practice initiatives across the University. In addition, the Graduate Development Program Lead will consult, engage and inform all key stakeholders to support the implementation of the Program with Host Teams including the coordination, design, development and ongoing evolution of the Graduate rotations within the Colleges/Portfolios. To be successful in this position, you’ll have: Proven ability to integrate resources and manage graduate recruitment programs with extensive industry experience. Trusted advisor skilled in developing pragmatic, outcome-focused solutions. Expertise in stakeholder management and implementing change within complex environments. Create a high-performance culture through effective mentoring and talent development. Proficient in managing competing priorities and deadlines. Experienced in mapping and implementing robust systems and processes. Skilled in interpreting data into actionable insights. Demonstrates strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving. Strong communication skills and ability to influence at various organisational levels.
