About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. As a Graduate Financial Adviser, you'll join a structured and supervised Professional Year program, giving personal advice on superannuation products. You'll help members with strategies that cover taxation, Centrelink, investments, and estate planning, including retirement planning, optimising superannuation, transitioning to retirement, setting up pensions, and personal insurances. Day to day, you'll: Keep a record of all relevant activities you complete during your Professional Year. Make sound decisions based on your professional values, ethics, and attitudes. Offer quality personal advice and guidance to members using a range of approved superannuation products and services. Provide excellent customer service by actively responding to and educating members, helping them understand different aspects of their financial situation. Ensure your advice recommendations are technically accurate, compliant, and tailored to meet members' needs, objectives, and personal financial circumstances. About you You're passionate about a career in financial advice, with a solid understanding of the intrafund landscape. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-focused environment. You've got up-to-date knowledge of tax, retirement, superannuation, and investment strategies, as well as the latest legislation and compliance requirements. You have completed or are within six months of finishing an approved degree. You have excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. You meet the requirements to start a Financial Planning Professional Year. You have strong client focus with superior relationship management and influencing skills.
