Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients. Additional Administration Tasks: Sending out Welcome letters to new customers, Discharge Motor Loans, Mail Distribution, Send out notices about expiring interest only or fixed rate periods. Complete LinkedIn learning and compliance training. Participate in improvement activities or projects. Staying updated with the latest financial products and services. Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information. Complying with all regulatory standards and company policies. The Successful Applicant A successful Graduate Financial Services Officer should have: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for the financial services industry and a desire to learn. The ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
