About the Role As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be exposed to a variety of geotechnical tasks within the operations, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure organisational goals are met. In addition, you will apply a mix of applied geology and engineering knowledge providing timely and safe solutions to meet the challenges of large scale mining production. You will be exposed to a variety of work duties which includes core logging, updating design statuses, instrumentation, QA/QC, rehabilitation of development, long term and short term mine plans. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced and qualified team members, who value an inclusive and cohesive working environment and who are truly passionate about what they do. As a part of your development, you will undertake numerical modelling and project work. With annual on-site training by Australian Centre for Geomechanics (ACG), Institute of Mine Seismology (IMS) and Map3D, you are really learning from the best, in the best environment.
