This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals, rotating through various facets of HR while honing your knowledge and analytical skills. You will assist in identifying insights that facilitate better decision-making to enable our people to thrive collectively. About the role Data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to foster employee success Creation and maintenance of engaging dashboards, reports and presentations to highlight insights in a clear and actionable manner Continuously seek ways to optimise data collection, processing, and reporting processes Assisting and gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, training and development, onboarding, WHS and policy creation Providing project support e.g. research, attendance and co-ordination of meetings General administration and maintenance of HR records and systems. About the person Relevant tertiary qualifications e.g. HR, Business or Data Analytics Experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools such as Excel and PowerBI Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and validity Curiosity and creativity, with the ability to ask relevant questions and explore new possibilities with data Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.
