Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals for the Graduate Investment Analyst | Private Equity position set to commence in January 2026. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, engaging on a variety of projects throughout the private equity lifecycle. Your responsibilities will involve participating in the investment decision-making process, assisting in the closing of deals, and collaborating with management to tackle significant challenges. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to: Collaborate with experienced professionals from consulting and investment banking in a stimulating and intellectually challenging environment. Gain exposure to numerous industries, enhancing your analytical skills. Assist in transaction processes, including acquisitions, sales, equity market listings, and debt raisings, while taking an active role in deal negotiations and due diligence. Work alongside senior leadership teams in portfolio companies to address high-level business issues. Integrate investment analysis with corporate strategy, finance, and implementation. Requirements To be considered for the Graduate Investment Analyst | Private Equity position, candidates should meet the following criteria: Achieved a top 10% grade average from a top tier University; or Have internship experience at a leading Investment bank, Consulting firm, or top-tier law firm; or Demonstrated a level of engagement in an extracurricular activity (entrepreneurial, social, sporting or for-purpose) Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess: A natural curiosity, analytical mindset, and a commercial perspective. A motivating desire to contribute positively to team culture. A high comfort level working with numerical data and deriving actionable insights from your analyses. An aptitude for managing diverse projects with varying timelines and stakeholders. A proven track record of achievements across personal, academic, and professional domains.
