As a new graduate, you will have the time to hone your clinical skills, reflect, learn, and grow with support from our experienced team of clinicians, dental assistants, customer service officers, and managers. Our structured program includes mentorship, hands-on workshops, virtual learning sessions, and case discussions. Graduate Oral Health Therapist Positions are designed for individuals who have successfully completed a Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) within the past year. The role focuses on improving the health of Tasmanians by: Providing a high standard of oral health care to children and young adults; Delivering health education, health promotion, and preventative outreach programs across the State; Supporting individuals and communities to increase control over their oral health. Details of Appointment: Permanent full-time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight commencing 12th May 2025. Salary: $73,834 to $111,364 pro rata per annum + 11.5% superannuation (Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Agreement 2024) Recreation Leave: Employees are entitled to four (4) weeks paid recreation leave per leave year for full-time staff.
