Work in your role for 4 weeks then complete the 6-month Langdon graduate program before returning to your role Administration of local and overseas supplier purchase orders Daily review of new sales orders and escalation of any supply gaps, incorrect pricing or unplanned sales With your manager, weekly or daily review of demand Monitor shipping schedule and escalation of any delays or issues Ensure product invoices match agreed pricing, terms, purchase order Liaise with suppliers and others to gather relevant documentation to complete new product request forms and change requests forms Monitor inventory levels and stock allocations in line with policy Daily review of inventory not active and escalation of any issues Support in contract negotiations and drafting of agreements Full time permanent on-site role Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm at Derrimut, western suburbs. The Graduate Program. Identifying future leaders, our 6-month rotating program will see you learn and develop, working in sales, product development, technical, warehouse, marketing, customer service and planning departments Collaborate, work with highly experienced food industry professionals Assist the managers in each department with their project-based activities whilst being mentored and coached Enjoy Graduate breakfasts with current and past Langdon Graduates Collaborate with Graduates on our environmental and social project Work 2 weeks in our London office around 18 months after program completion. About You. Recent Graduate with business, supply chain or science degree Or with this qualification and relevant early career experience Solid record of academic success GPA/WAM Ready to build a career in procurement Self-motivated, positive and curious Confident to engage and collaborate with peers and managers Forward thinking bringing new and innovative ideas Able to work effectively under pressure and meet goals.
