Your role: You will build systems that enable our customers to improve their operations and achieve their sustainability goals. Your responsibilities will include: Performing software engineering tasks as part of a team to develop innovations for Honeywell’s market-leading mission-critical software solutions. Applying contemporary software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Iterative development, across the full development lifecycle. Providing responsive customer support for software solutions developed. Skills and Experience: Relevant Undergraduate Degree – Engineer (Automation, Instrument & Control, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Chemical) completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate role, February 2026. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think on your feet. Customer-focused and problem-solving skills. Curiosity. Application Information: Anticipated start date would be Feb 2026. Permanent residency in Australia or New Zealand, or citizenship is required.
