Your Souperpowers: Analysing patterns, processes and data at the macro and micro level Communicating, listening and connecting with team members and customers Presenting with impact, logic and compassion to stakeholders at all levels Adaptability to new environments, technology, and ways of work Solving fuzzy and discreet problems with your insatiable curiosity and ability to connect the dots Challenging the status quo while remaining open to new perspectives You offer expertise in: Anything within the Data and AI domain. Designing, building and deploying Analytics or AI solutions Bonus points for Microsoft, Databricks or similar Certifications (not mandatory) You have: A tertiary qualification in a STEM related subject or relevant prior experience in a Data and AI role. Prior experience in consulting or have a consulting mindset that can help you pick these skills up. About the role: As a Data and AI Graduate / Junior Consultant within the Data and AI practice you will gain exposure to a wide set of skills and experiences through the integrated delivery of projects for a variety of customers across Australia. Your key responsibilities may include: Working collaboratively with customers to understand the challenges that they face Facilitating workshops and interviews to articulate problem statements, and define and document solution requirements Creating data visualisations that tell the right stories, are factual, and enable quick decision making for our customers Providing technical implementation through to handover, including delivering user training for solutions where required Advising, documenting and implementing modern data management practices that put the fun back into data governance Developing efficient data engineering solutions that enable speed to insights Modelling data using customer appropriate methodologies and are mindful of ongoing change Who will you be working with?
