Facilitate the delivery of grants and sponsorship in the local community Balance your life with a 9 day fortnight as well as flexible working arrangements About the role This role is responsible for the provision of efficient and effective support for relevant Central Coast Council Community grant and sponsorship programs and will interface extensively with various community partners and internal stakeholders. In addition to experience in the end-to-end process of managing grant and sponsorship submissions, the incumbent will require outstanding relationship management and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community. Key activities of this role include: Provide expertise in the maintenance of electronic grant management processes through 'smarty grants' for all relevant grant and sponsorship programs. Assist with the coordination of Council’s Community grant and sponsorship programs up to funding stage including consultations, applications, and ranking processes. Undertake community consultation and deliver presentations to CCC staff and community, related to grant and sponsorship program information. Advise, resource, and support community organisations as required in relation to CCC Community grants and sponsorship programs. Minimum Qualifications: Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent. Demonstrated extensive experience in office management and/or administration. Demonstrated experience in managing grant/sponsorship submissions. High level of public relations and customer management skills and proven ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Other important information Commencing salary competitive and ranges depending on skills and experience + 11.5% superannuation. We have a permanent full-time role. This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight. We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite. This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building. Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies. Want to know more?
