Greenhills Propagation Nursery, based in Tynong, is one of the leading propagation nurseries in Australia. We have a unique and exclusive product range and a long-standing wholesale customer base. Greenhills is a family-owned company that has provided inspiration and innovation to the green life industry for 40 years. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with sales experience and the aspiration to further their career into a leadership role. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can utilize their strengths to take our sales to new heights. Reporting to the Directors, this role will be responsible for: Reaching sales targets Building on long-term customer partnerships Maximizing the national distribution of new products Developing markets in alternative industry sectors The successful applicant will possess: Sales experience with proven results in meeting and exceeding targets Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team High level of time management and organizational skills Desire for continuous improvement Nursery industry experience is not essential Remuneration is negotiable based on sales experience. This role, which is mostly office-based with scheduled customer visits, will share open plan office space in a friendly and supportive environment and will have access to team members for sales support and administrative functions as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
